There could be a few reasons you're not seeing points in your account from your purchase:
- You must be signed in during your purchase. If you're not logged in or you check out as a guest, you will not earn the points in your account. If you have done this in error, contact us so we can manually fix your account.
- Points are added to your account once it ships, not once it's placed.
- You won’t receive points for any items that are cancelled. Any points you earn on a purchase that you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
- Your points total is based on the subtotal of the order. Points are not awarded for taxes and shipping costs.
