Q: I got a shipping confirmation email, but the tracking still says 'confirmed' or there isn't any tracking information available. What do I do?
A: If you received a shipping confirmation email, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. If it's been more than 48 hours, feel free to reach out to customer service and we can see if we can find out more information for you.
Q: The tracking says the package has been delivered, but I haven't received it yet?
A: We recommend double checking with family members, roommates, and/or neighbors that could possibly have received it for you or picked it up for safe keeping. If it still hasn't been received, please contact O'Neill customer service so we can look into it further.
