Extended Holiday Return Window: orders placed 11/15/22 - 12/15/22 are eligible to create a return up until 1/15/23.
If you purchased an item from us.oneill.com and it didn't work out, no problem. You can start a free return and/or exchange right here. Please note:
- Returns must be started within 30 days from the date of shipping.
- Item(s) must be be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached.
- If an item(s) was received damaged, please contact our customer service team instead of starting a return through our returns center.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
Please go to returns.oneillclothing.com to start your return/exchange through our returns center. All you'll need is your order number (located on your order confirmation or in your us.oneill.com account) and shipping zip code to get started. Our returns center will guide you through the whole return process and provide a free return shipping label.
Once returned to our warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks for our returns department to process your return. Once processed, you will receive an email notifying you. Also, please be aware that your credit card company may take an additional 2-7 business days to post the credit to your account.
*At this time Puerto Rico orders are not provided with a pre-paid return label and are required to send it back on your own.

Can I exchange an item?
A. We do offer exchanges through our online returns center. Exchanges are only offered for size changes of the same exact product. If you’d like a different product, you’ll need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired product.
I received a damaged or defective item/ or an incorrect item.
A. Please contact customer service if it is within 30 days from purchase on us.oneill.com and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. We only accept damaged items purchased through us.oneill.com.
Can I return an item that I purchased at a third-party retailer?
A. Sorry, but we only accept returns on product that was purchased through us.oneill.com. You will need to contact the retailer that you purchased it from and return it through them in accordance with their return policy.
